Q: Does ListHub send lisitings without permission from the MLS or the broker?

A: No. The MLS first chooses where listings will be automatically distributed, if anywhere. Then, brokers may choose to opt-in or opt-out of channels according to their preference.

Q: Can ListHub help the MLS send all their listings to selected sites?

A: Yes. ListHub can quick and easily handle 100% data feeds. ListHub is designed to be a comprehensive platform to accommodate any MLS or broker distribution strategy.

Q: Does ListHub provide the MLS with reports?

A: Yes. The MLS receives high level traffic reports for their overall marketplace.

Q: Can ListHub drive consumer traffic to the MLS public search site?

A: Yes. ListHub can be a powerful engine, leveraging all other search sites to funnel large amounts of traffic to the MLS public site.

Q: Can the MLS add additional sites to the ListHub Channel Bar?

A: Yes. Custom sites or local sites chosen by the MLS can be added for a nominal fee.

Q: Is there a cost to the MLS or for their broker customers?

A: No. There is never a charge for the MLS, and the basic ListHub service is free to brokers. The enhanced version of ListHub for brokers includes company-wide traffic reports and individual listing reports, and comes at a small monthly fee.

Q: Does ListHub sell leads back to the MLS or to the brokers?

A: No. Leads are passed through at no cost.

Q: Can an MLS buy the enhanced version of ListHub for all their brokers?

A: Yes. Site license options are available.

Q: Is ListHub an IDX solution or use IDX data?

A: No. ListHub uses RETS to access listing information. ListHub does not sell or power broker Web sites.

Q: Why can't I just send my listings to these sites using RETS?

A: ListHub is a robust platform for marketing listings that meets a wide range of requirements of brokers and MLSs alike. Using just RETS for sending a bulk feed of data will not carry the benefits available through ListHub, including broker reports, seller reports, traffic redirection, flexibility, and more.
