Q: What type of administration time will be necessary once we create an account?

A: No maintenance is necessary! All listings will be updated immediately from the MLS information with any new listings, changes, and removal of listings that come off market.

Q: Will you be adding more Internet marketing channels?

A: Yes. We evaluate and add new channels on a regular basis, focusing on those that bring quality traffic to our broker customers. We require that these channels do not charge for leads, and that they allow the broker to control branding and redirection of the listings.

Q: Can agents use ListHub?

A: Agents can access ListHub once their managing brokers have registered for ListHub and upgraded their brokerage account to allow for agent login. Individual agents can not register the brokerage; only the managing broker can set up the account. Once agents login, they will have access to traffic reports specific to their listings.

Q: If the basic ListHub service is free… what’s the catch?

A: We make money when brokers choose to upgrade their accounts. The account upgrade is available for a low monthly fee, and gives brokers a marketing edge to compete more aggressively in today’s online marketplace.

Q: Are you connected to my MLS?

A: We are connected with MLS organizations covering more than half of the nation’s brokers and agents. If we are not currently live with your MLS, contact us for assistance adding your MLS.

Q: We have multiple offices in several MLSs. How many ListHub accounts will I need?

A: For offices under the same MLS, you will only need to create one ListHub account. You may indicate multiple office codes in your registration process. If you have offices in more than one MLS, you will need at least one account per MLS. Discount pricing is available to brokers who upgrade their accounts in more than one MLS.
